I was very speckticle about a company that has so many perfect reviews. But after my research I was very surprised. The doctor was board certified on the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and very affordable half of what my doctor was asking. I was quite skeptical when my husband told me that
Dental Concierge could save me thousands of dollars on Dental work which had been recommended to us here in the States That is why I suggested that he try it first. Although I was told the practitioner was a Board Certified American Doctor. It was hard to believe the cost differential could be so substantial.
Secondly I wondered how could services in a foreign country be comparable to America.
I was wrong on both accounts.
He went first and after his wonderful experience I soon followed.
My only regret was that we did not have the work done at the same time.
Instead it turned into two separate vacation .
From the moment I booked the procedure to the time I left everything was first class. both the hotel well as the facilities. were first class.
The procedure was skillfully done.

I needed a full set of implants. After speaking with many dentists i called Ross Baldwin with The Dental concierge and he got me more than a 50% discount of what i would have pd in the states. He made all my arrangements from the flight to the hotel and all my transportation. The dentist office was very clean and the dr was great. If i needed anything all i had to do was call Ross and it was taken care of. I recommend using Ross for all of your arrangements.

Contacted Ross at The Dental Concierge and that was it. For my trip I went to Cancun Mexico. He effortlessly coordinated my flight and upon arrival I was greeted at the airport by a well mannered driver who escorted me to a boutique hotel to my liking. Everything was orchestrated from start to finish. I needed some crown work done and was picked up at the hotel at the designated time and brought to the dental office. The dental office was spotlessly clean and high tech and the procedure that I needed was painless. After the procedure I was driven back to the hotel with no pain at all. It's hard to believe that I had a dental experience as well as a vacation and saved time and money at the same time.

I contacted Ross Baldwin @The Dental Concierge website because my nephew, David Norton wanted information regarding dental implants. Ross explained in great detail the procedure and answered my million and one questions patiently. He scheduled the appointment with the doctor, gave us the information about the flights and the hotel discounted prices, and explained that his driver would meet us at the airport and take us to the hotel. The next day our driver picked us up at the hotel, took us to the doctors office for the appointment, then took us back to the hotel. Our driver did this every day we were there and also took us to get our Covid Test, and took us to the airport for our return flight home.
The doctor was extremely nice, very informative and his office was spotlessly clean and modern. He even gave us his private cell phone number.
When Ross said they provide White Glove Service he was correct!!

Ross did a wonderful job setting up the flight and the hotel for me. He made the trip to Cancun Mexico a wonderful and exciting thing. It was so easy to depend on Ross for booking the flight and the hotel in July and August 2020. He kept me informed about my appointment and my flight as well as the hotel and had someone meet me at the airport to take me to the hotel and pick me up on my return flight home.

The experience with the doctor was just incredible. They had a wonderful bedside manner and they answered all my questions and did an extraordinary job on my teeth. I had porcelain crowns put on all my teeth and on four teeth I had veneers. My teeth look better than they have ever looked and I am so pleased that I chose this doctor to do the work. I saved over $23,000 by going to this doctor. There’s a five year warranty on my teeth in case I have any dental care that is needed later on. The payment plan was easy because it went through a bank here in the United States, Bank of America. At first I had a little fear about going outside of the country but now I have no reservations about getting my teeth done with this doctor. He graduated from UCLA and is a member of the American Academy of Dental Cosmetics. Those credentials were good enough for me. He has done some work on some movie stars in Hollywood. This doctor worked personally on me with an associate dentist. I was very comfortable with his work and he was great in handling the installation of my porcelain crowns. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. I liked when he called and we had several personal consultations over the phone. This gave me a lot of confidence in the work that he performed and the work was just incredible. I am very happy with my teeth. They look natural and they are just right for my mouth and profile. I highly recommend him to be your dentist. He comes from a long line of dentist. Five generations. This doctor truly knows what he is doing.
