All On 4 Dental Implants
The Dental Concierge has you covered if you are looking for All-On-4 or All-On-6 dental implants. With an All-On-4 or All-On-6 implant set, you can replace an entire upper or lower set of teeth. These implants are cutting edge and affordable if you do them at one of our locations in either Cancun or Costa Rica. These types of implants are effective because a small number of implants are used to support your new set of teeth.
ALL ON 4
All on 4 is one of the oldest and most popular ways to restore a patientâs missing teeth. This treatment is an innovative way for patients with severe tooth loss or tooth decay to get back their smile. Using only 4 strategically placed dental implant posts, the dentist will position a permanent and natural looking prosthetic device to restore the entire upper or lower arch of your teeth. In fact, this procedure can replace ten teeth per arch. All-on-4 implants are performed under general anesthesia and can completed within one day.
ADVANTAGES
There are many benefits for choosing all-on-4 implants rather than traditional implants. For one, all-on-4 treatments require a minimal number of implants because each one is strategically placed along the jawbone. In addition, the implants are placed at an angle near the back of the jaw the maximize how much contact the implant makes with your bone. This means you can avoid the need for bone grafting, which is typical with traditional dental implants. All-on-4 is also a less lengthy process when compared to traditional implant procedures.
DISADVANTAGES
There are some disadvantages for these procedures as well. All-on-4 implants are less versatile than traditional implants because they can only be used to replace multiple teeth at a time. All-on-4 treatments also do not replace the entire set of teeth, but instead only 10-12 at a time.
ALL ON 6
All on 6 is the next generation of full-arch restoration for dental implants. Unlike all-on-4 implants, the all on 6 procedure requires six implants, just as the name suggests. This increased number of implants can accommodate more teeth per arch (12 instead of 10), leading to a stronger and more stable base for the prosthetic device, in turn creating a smile that is longer lasting and more comfortable. Our experienced dental team will be happy to assist you in choosing the right option for your individual needs.
